Where IRIS Tower sits
IRIS Tower is on Plot 58 in Al Kabir Downtown, directly opposite Lake City and a few steps off the main Raiwind Road. Ring Road is about three minutes away, and the airport around twenty, depending on traffic. Those are the developer's estimates, so drive the route yourself at the time you'd normally travel.
Why people look at a flat here instead of a house
Mostly it comes down to the budget. A house in a gated society nearby is out of reach for many families, while a flat here starts at 57.75 lakh and is paid over four years. You get the same roads, the same schools and hospitals in the wider area, and the same drive into the city.
The other reason is upkeep. A flat is easier to lock and leave, which matters to people who travel for work or live abroad and visit for part of the year.

Things to check before you buy here
