Four years of installments, with every stage written out below in rupees. The same split applies to apartments and shops, so only the unit price changes.

Rates effective 16 September 2026. The final price follows the actual area on completion, at your booking rate. Corner and main boulevard units carry a 10% premium, and the builder may revise booking prices without notice, so confirm today's figure before you pay.
How the 100% is split
- 10% at booking
- 10% at confirmation
- 40% over 40 monthly installments of 1% each
- 20% over 8 half-yearly installments of 2.5% each
- 10% when the grey structure is complete
- 10% on possession
Worked example: the one bed
This is what the plan looks like for the 450 sq ft apartment. In a half-yearly month you pay Rs. 185,625 on top of the usual Rs. 74,250, so Rs. 259,875 if the two fall together. Ask which months they land in when you book.

Questions buyers ask
How much down payment do I need?
10% at booking and another 10% at confirmation. On a 450 sq ft one bed that is Rs. 742,500 twice.
Can the final price change after I book?
The rate you book at stays, but the final price is calculated on the actual area on completion. If the finished unit measures more or less than planned, the total moves with it.
Which units cost extra?
Corner units and units facing the main boulevard carry a 10% premium over the listed price.
Is the payment plan the same for shops?
Yes. The split is the same; only the rate and size differ.
