Buying a flat in Lahore from Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah
Most of our overseas calls come from the UAE, usually in the evening after work. Here is what people there ask us, with the installments worked out in dirhams.
The installments in dirhams
These use 1 AED = Rs. 75.35, the rate on 6 November 2026. The plan itself is in rupees, so the dirham amount moves a little with the exchange rate.

On top of the monthly amount there are 8 half-yearly payments, 2.5% each. For a studio that's about AED 1,916 twice a year. The calculator shows every payment for every unit.
Sending the money from the UAE
Send every installment by bank transfer straight to the company's account in Pakistan, and keep the transfer slip. Exchange houses and banking apps in the UAE both do this; what matters is that the payment goes to the company account and you get an official receipt for it from us.
If you already have a Roshan Digital Account, you can ask your bank whether property payments can go from it. Rules for these accounts are set by the State Bank and do change, so check with your bank before you rely on it.
Many people in the UAE are paid at the end of the month. If that's you, ask us to set the monthly due date a few days after payday so a transfer is never late.
If someone in Pakistan will sign for you
You don't have to fly back to book. If a family member in Lahore will handle the paperwork, you'll need a power of attorney made in the UAE and attested by the Pakistan Embassy in Abu Dhabi or the Consulate General in Dubai, depending on where you live. Book the appointment early, as slots can take a while. Before you start, ask us which wording we need, so it's done once.
Seeing the site without being here
Ask a relative or friend to visit the site on Raiwind Road, opposite Lake City, and we can also walk you round on a video call. Lahore is one hour ahead of the UAE, so a call at 7 pm in Dubai is 8 pm here.
